Becker Manicure has been developing and producing cosmetic instruments suitable for professional pedicure for more than 80 years. These instruments also include the 16.5 cm long excavator from the Erbe collection. The high-quality pedicure instrument, which originally comes from dentistry, is used for cleaning and caring for foot and fingernails. Since the excavator has double tips, it can be used from both sides without taking it out of hand. The instrument is completely forged from one piece of steel and is stainless. The pedicure instrument is easy to clean. The small spoons are sharpened and angled. Small cuticles and impurities can be easily removed. Since the excavator is shaped like a surgical instrument, delicate cosmetic procedures can also be performed. The Double excavator , is equipped with a widened handle, which allows easy handling. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
