The Herbatint Permanent hair color Châtain Clair 5N is the most natural Alternative for permanent hair coloring. It combines 8 different biological plant extracts, whose strengthening and protective properties protect the hair during coloring. The formula is dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and is enriched with eight plant extracts. The colors of the natural Series (S) provide 100% coverage of white or gray hair. They are made without ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, alcohol, perfume and Gluten and are suitable for Vegans.

Product Safety

Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Please read and follow the instructions. It is recommended to perform a sensitivity test 48 hours before use. This product is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. Do not dye your hair: - if you have a rash on your face or if your scalp is sensitive, irritated or injured, - if you have ever noticed a reaction after dyeing your hair, - if a temporary tattoo with black Henna has caused you a reaction before. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
