Summary

Use and removal of the patch 1. Use the anti-pimple patch only on cleaned, dry skin. Do not apply a cream on the skin because the patch may not be optimally sticking. 2. Hold the patches on the flat side and separate a patch along the perforated edge without pressing the turquoise protective cover. 3. Hold the transparent foil film on the curved edge. The patch is located on the transparent carrier film. Pull this carefully from the turquoise protective cover. 4. On the upper part of the transparent carrier film you can now see the round patch. Make sure not to touch the adhesive surface of the patch. 5. Place this part of the transparent carrier film on the affected area and press lightly to fix the patch safely on the spot. 6. Carefully pull off the transparent carrier film so that the patch stays in place. The patch can be overlooked. 7. Do not remove the patch to remove, but carefully loosen along the skin and then dispose of it in a trash can.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
