Description

Autan Botanicals pump spray is a natural plant-based insect repellent. It contains an oil derived from the lemon eucalyptus tree. The eucalyptus citriodora oil is the strongest, natural insect protection. Unlike other essential oils, the active ingredient Citriodiol has passed the most stringent safety tests and ensures that mosquitoes are effectively eliminated. Autan Botanicals pump spray provides protection for up to 6 hours of mosquitoes, tiger mosquitoes and ticks. The decisive factor is always the complete application. Otherwise, the mosquitoes will look for the areas that have not been treated with the repellent. After this time or as needed, you should repeat the application. We recommend for the surface of a forearm, e.g. B. 6 - 7 sprays / ~ 1 ml. Please note that Autan is not waterproof. So always renew protection after bathing/swimming. The effect also decreases sooner due to sweat and abrasion. You then need to spray more often if necessary. We recommend spraying the spray on the palms to the face, then distributing it on the face. Please avoid the eye area. By the way, mosquitoes can also penetrate through very thin clothes, so if necessary can also be used under clothing. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
