The effective formulation of the sera facial care with rosehip and camellia stimulates elasticity and cell growth of the skin and also provides intensive hydration. While rosehip extract, which contains powerful polyphenols, repels free radicals and reduces oxidative stress, thus providing a rejuvenated, revitalized skin Camellia seed oil regenerates the oxidative skin damage and provides the skin with intensive moisture. In addition, astringent geranium provides improved elasticity of the skin, a regulation of eczema and blemishes and a wonderfully smooth skin. The formula is completed with regenerating and anti-inflammatory lavender, which reliably soothes the skin. The result is a refreshed skin with a natural glow Grown Alchemist Antioxidant+ Facial Oil The Sera care belongs to the third phase of the 3-phase care system, the activation phase, and should be applied in the morning and evening after facial cleansing. For each application, rub 2 to 3 drops of facial care between the palms of your hands and gently massage into the skin of the neck, face and décolleté. The eye area should be left out during application. In order to achieve optimal results, regular use of the oil is necessary.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
