Summary

This is how it works: 1. Clean the natural eyelashes thoroughly. 2. Choose the right size of the silicone pad. 3. Wet the underside of the silicone pad generously with the glue and put it as close as possible to the lash line. 4. Apply the glue in the back of the pad and carefully lift your natural eyelashes with the flat side of the Y applicator. Separate the eyelashes with the ridge of the applicator. 5. LOTION 1 with the microburst. Remove the lotion after the corresponding exposure time with a cotton pad. 6. Apply Lotion 2 to the same white as Lotion 1. Remove the lotion with a damp cotton pad. Please note the enclosed instructions.

Conditions of application: Avoid contact with the eyes. In the event of touch with the eyes, rinse eyes immediately. Wear suitable gloves. Not suitable for strong loopholes. Warnings: only for commercial use. Contains salts of thioglycolic acid. Follow instructions for use. Eyelash lifting adhesive / Attention: contains butylacrylate. Can cause allergic skin reactions. Can irritate the airways. If medical advice is required, keeping packaging or labeling label ready. Must not get into the hands of children. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
