With a unique blend of mild cleansing and makeup-dissolving ingredients, this gentle formula removes all residue and leaves skin feeling soft and cleansed. Beste™ No. 9 is free of SLS, fragrances and essential oils and suitable for all skin types. What else you need to know: Beste™ No. 9 is formulated with an ideal, neutral pH of 5.5. Main ingredients: Mild mixture of surfactants: a mixture of mild detergents, including coconut-containing surfactants, which are rich in fatty acids and together form a gentle foam that effectively dissolves even stubborn make-up, sunscreens and oils, while supporting the skin's barrier. Native Marula Oil: rich in important antioxidants and omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, this nourishing oil increases the power of cleansing and removing makeup. Glycerin: a skin-identical moisturizing ingredient that helps to restore the moisture content of the skin (which is usually lost during cleansing). Turmeric melo cantalupensis(Cantaloupe) fruit extract: rich in antioxidants, helps to soothe and hydrate the skin. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
