citroplus® bio grapefruit core extract tablets is a diet to supply bioflavonoids from the grapefruit and natural vitamin C from the Acerolakirsche.
Citroplus® is made from biologically grown fruits. The most important ingredients are the secondary plant substances, the so -called flavonoids such as Naringin, Isonaringin, Neohesperidin and others. The daily consumption of 6 tablets contains 30 mg bioflavonoids and 51 mg vitamin C from the acerola cherry.
Like the vitamins, flavonoids are involved in numerous metabolic processes in the body and should be absorbed as protective substances in sufficient quantities. A healthy diet is very advantageous. But this is often neglected for a variety of reasons. It is therefore advisable to also support the body with the supply of vital substances in the form of a nutritional supplement.
The product is vegan and free of gluten and lactose. The valuable ingredients are optimally protected by the brown las packaging.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
