The rich ampoule is filled with 74% Centella Asiatica Extract and a Centella Complex. What does Centella complex mean? This rich unique complex consists of the following components: madecassicic acid, asiaticoside, Asiatic acid. These ingredients are the main ingredients in Centella Asiatica, which are known for their soothing and calming effect. Cica or also known as Centella Asiatica, has effective repairing properties. It helps to strengthen the skin barrier and protect damaged skin. Who is the Celimax The Real Cica Calming Ampoule suitable for?The Celimax The Real Cica Calming Ampoule is suitable for sensitive and delicate skin. With the exception of the fragrance, it is made from mild ingredients of the EEC green class. The artificial fragrance is allergen-free and is used to mask the unique aroma of the raw material, which makes it safe to use even for sensitive skin. The scent of Centella Asiatica is not pleasant for everyone and is therefore often covered with perfume by the manufacturers. Celimax has made sure that this fragrance is allergen-free in order to continue to provide the ampoule to the customers for whom it was created. Sensitive, reddened and in need of care skin. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
