Cicalfate+ Acute Care Spray is a moisture-absorbing acute care spray to support the natural regeneration of oozing skin areas and macerations. Indication: To support the natural regeneration of irritated skin prone to superficial oozing skin irritations such as abrasions, macerations, e.g. in skin folds (intertrigo) under the female breast or inguinal and infant skin folds, to support heavily sweating and athlete's foot-prone feet, chickenpox* etc. The spray is suitable for all irritated, oozing areas on the face and body. For babies (from 1 month), children and adults Product benefits: Cicalfate+ Acute Care Spray is a 3-in-1 care product that dries, repairs and soothes sensitive, irritated skin prone to superficial maceration (oozing skin areas, skin folds, diaper rash, chickenpox, etc.). The product is easy to use, with convenient and hygienic packaging for the whole family. The unique, regenerating and antibacterial active ingredient combination, consisting of [C+-Restore]™, copper and zinc sulfate, corn starch + hectorite and Avène thermal water, provides nourishing support in the context of natural skin regeneration. The patented and innovative active ingredient [C+-RESTORE]™ is a postbiotic biotechnological active ingredient from the Avène thermal water, which contains microflora with active substances to support skin repair. [C+-RESTORE]™ accelerates the natural skin regeneration. Zinc and copper sulfate is also known to provide caring support for antibacterial and antifungal processes. Corn starch and hectorite acts as a drying component. Avène thermal water has a soothing, anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory effect on the skin. The skin is regenerated and moisturized for a long time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
