Description

The True Treasures Balancing Conditioner from Garnier has been specially developed for the needs of fast greasy scalp and dry hair lengths. The formula contains both cleansing activated carbon and black cumin oil. These moisturise the hair for up to 72 hours without weighing it down or greasy. At the same time, the conditioner helps to immediately detangle the hair during application and create a natural hair feeling. In addition, the mixture consists of 97% ingredients of natural origin and water. Matching the conditioner, the care range also includes a hair mask and a shampoo.

After shampooing with the True Treasures Balancing Shampoo, apply the Balancing Conditioner of Garnier to wet hair and work evenly, especially into the hair lengths. Then rinse thoroughly under clear water until no residue is left in the hair. Now the hair can be dried and styled as usual.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
