This tea and kettle shines with high-quality workmanship, sophisticated features and exclusive materials. The pot and base station are beautifully designed and made from high-quality, easy-care glass. Thanks to the 360° central base, the device is suitable for left- and right-handed users alike. Another special feature is the operation via modern touch sensors with clear LED display. The device also scores with 5 integrated tea programs, which can be individually adjusted in temperature and brewing time. A separate programme with temperature selection is intended for heating water and for quick use as a kettle, there is a quick start button, so that water can be heated without additional setting, e.g. for preparing baby food or instant soups. Brewing temperatures from 50 - 100 °C and a brewing time of up to 10 minutes are possible for tea preparation. Whether black tea, green or white tea, whether teas from fruit or herbs, this device delivers the best results for every taste thanks to its variety of possibilities and high temperature accuracy. Simply fill in water, select program depending on the type of tea and adjust the temperature or brewing time if desired, everything else is done by the device. When the set temperature is reached, the device with a beep prompts to insert the tea strainer. Once the brewing time is reached, another signal for seven removal will sound. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
