Description

The Decaf Espresso from 19grams consists of 100% Arabica beans. They are grown in four different growing areas in the province of Huila, Colombia. The coffee matures gently at altitudes of up to 1900 m, which allows the beans to develop their taste in the best way. After roasting, the four Arabica varieties Castillo, Caturra, Colombia and Bourbon are combined to a harmonious blend. You get a full-bodied espresso with a fruity-sweet taste of ripe figs and passion fruit, interspersed with dark chocolate notes and brown sugar. The espresso is rounded off by a nice crema. This dark roasting has been decaffeinated with the Sugar Cane process, in which the coffee beans are naturally deprived of caffeine, but the wonderful aromas are not lost. The use of extracts from the sugar cane also provides further sweet accents. The Decaf Espresso allows you to enjoy great coffee around the clock. Give it a try! 19grams relies on direct coffee trade and regularly visits its partners on site. In this way, long-term relationships are established with the farmers and they receive a fair wage for their work. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
