    Esprico Chewable capsules PZN:01464428 Esprico® is a dietary supplement. The chewing capsule contains a balanced mixture of pure sea fish oil with the valuable omega-3 fatty acids eicosapen taen acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and vegetable evening primrose oil, which is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6 fatty acid). This makes Esprico® particularly rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. DHA ensures normal brain function with a daily intake of 250 mg from all sources. In addition, it also contains the minerals magnesium and zinc, which are important for normal mental function (magnesium) and normal cognitive function (zinc). Dosage and instructions for use:Daily in the morning and in the evening, 2 capsules each during or after a meal. The chewing capsules can be chewed directly or consumed with a little liquid.The contents of the capsule can also be expressed on a spoon or stirred into another dish.
