Description

New packaging - same content. Naturally effective cleansing with pink clay, rose flower extract (all ingredients in organic quality) and organic rose water for sensitive and fine skin. Soothes and gives a delicate and soft skin feeling. Application Preparation: If necessary, the face can be pre-cleaned with a soap to remove makeup, for example. Cleansing/peeling: Gently brush the very well-moistened bit over the well-wet skin several times (or emulsify it in the damp hand first) and gently clean the moist face/neck/décolleté with the resulting creamy emulsion and exfoliate. If necessary, the alumina emulsion can very well remain on the skin as a mask (about 10 minutes). Then wash thoroughly with warm water and/or a damp cloth and use care as usual. The rose red beauty serum is ideal in combination with the CleansingBit. CleansingBit can also be used wonderfully for hand / foot care and very great after shaving / waxing the legs, or wherever an extra portion of care is needed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
