This also applies to the good development of a baby in the womb. The recommended daily supply is 300 μg (micrograms). It is not achieved in Germany by a large part of the adults. Folic acid ARISTO® 5 mg from Aristo Pharma is a medicine with the proven active ingredient for prevention and compensation for a lack of folate.
    folic acid is the synthetically produced form of water -soluble vitamin folate (also known as vitamin B9). Our body can absorb folic acid better than natural folk. Folate belongs to the group of B vitamins. Vitamin is one of the few nutrients with which the people in Germany are not well cared for. A supply below the reference value cannot be equated with a defect, but can lead to a folic acid deficiency in the long run. Unterdiament before and at the beginning of pregnancy is particularly problematic. Our body cannot produce folate or folic acid itself. We have to absorb it through food.
