Graedir means healer and refers to the healer ancestor who inspired Sóley Elíasdóttir to start a business. There is a long tradition of naturopathy in Iceland. The knowledge of icelandic herbs and their ingredients plays an important role in the development of skin care products of the Icelandic company. Natural wild herb extracts for intensive hand care Scientific studies of traditional medicinal plants often confirm the centuries-old knowledge in terms of mode of action and areas of application. This also applies to the herbs and plants that are used for the Graedir Healing Hand Cream. Yarrow, willow, birch and bearberry contain valuable substances for skin care. Sóley Organics uses them for the soothing and moisturizing Graedir-Hand care. It is not surprising that an intensely nourishing hand cream comes from Iceland. As beautiful and impressive as the nature of the island is, the harsh weather can be so exhausting for sensitive skin. Especially the hands are affected. Activities in wet and cold weather are just as important to you as wearing gloves for hours. The Graedir Healing Hand Cream is suitable for all skin types, especially for dry and sensitive Skin. In addition to plant extracts, the hand care contains vegetable and essential oils.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
