Description

How to make hand washing fun: The Sagrotan Kids No-Touch soap dispenser with motion sensor is simple and practical to use. The small children's hands only need to be held under the soap dispenser and the right amount of soap is automatically dosed. This mechanism - combined with the child-friendly appearance of the refill and the pleasant scent of the liquid soap - makes hand washing an experience for children. The liquid soap is pH-neutral, without alkali soap, without parabens, silicones and mineral oils.

Product Safety

This device is battery powered. Use only alkaline batteries. Do not mix used batteries, batteries of different brands or different types. The batteries must be properly inserted, observing the (+) and (-) poles. Empty batteries should be replaced with a new set of 2 AA batteries. The batteries must not be exposed to water, fire and high temperatures. Avoid causing short circuits. Leaking batteries must be removed immediately, leaking battery fluid must be removed. If the device is not used for a longer period of time, the batteries must be removed. Batteries included: 0%Hg / 0%Cd / 0%Pb. Intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. Make sure that the flap of the battery compartment is properly closed and thus no moisture can penetrate. Keep out of the reach of children, except under the supervision of an adult. Do not keep the soap dispenser in the center area when it is turned on, as this will lead to the activation of the sensor and the output of liquid soap. Turn off the soap dispenser before cleaning its environment to avoid the unintentional output of liquid soap.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
