Description

Saeco Brita Intenza+ water filter cartridge: Intenza is an innovative water filter system from Brita GmbH. The current generation of cartridges filters drinking water and protects coffee machines from limescale deposits. The soft, descaled water ensures a longer life of the devices. It also ensures the maintenance of the optimal brewing temperature and ideal water pressure to support the machine function in fully automatic coffee machines. An integrated activated carbon filter reduces odour and taste influencing substances such as chlorine and chlorine compounds. Any lead or copper components that may be contained in water pipes are reduced by INTENZA technology. The result: the water becomes softer and more tasty. Thanks to the integrated Intenza aroma system, consumers can adapt the filtering process precisely to the local drinking water quality to optimise the taste and aroma of their coffee specialities. Filter change: the Saeco Brita Intenza+ water filter should, according to the manufacturer's instructions, at the latest after 8 weeks or approx. 250 covers or 50 litres of running water. Saeco Brita Intenza+ water filters are compatible with the following fully automatic coffee machines, unless supplied with Saeco AquaClean water filter: Xelsis 1. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
