Comfort: The Fly Tai is the classic Mei Tai cloth wear at Fidella. Padded and expandable shoulder strands and a soft padded waist strap ensure optimum comfort for everyone. Wearing positions: the baby carrier can be used as a stomach carrier and as a back carrier. As a third ergonomic carrying position, the carrier can also be used as a side baby carrier. Special: the comfort carrier has a headrest and a hood for the child. The padded leg sections provide optimum comfort and protection for your child. Newborn and baby: the combination carrier grows with your child – so it is suitable for babies from birth with a size of 56 – 80 cm and a weight of 3.5 kg to 15 kg. Quality: the high-quality material made from 100% organic cotton ensures maximum safety and is very easy to clean. The baby carrier can be machine washed at 30°C. The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has declared all Fidella baby carrier products as hip-healthy/hip healthy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
