    To support the dietary management of gastroesophageal reflux and regurgitation, Humana has developed the special food Anti-Reflux Expert. The reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus is called gastroesophageal reflux and can cause belching. Thickened food, smaller portions, more frequent feeding and an upright sitting position during feeding can also help. Regurgitation usually begins at the earliest 3 weeks after birth. The initial milk is suitable for the exclusive nutrition of infants from birth or for complementary feeding after the 6th month.
