The Grapefruit & May Chang Body Lotion by The Handmade Soap consists exclusively of natural ingredients. It provides the body with essential nutrients and at the same time moisturizes. The light body lotion is quickly absorbed and leaves a pleasant scent on the skin. The sweetness and at the same time spicy grapefruit and the aromatic May Chang provide an incomparable fragrance experience. It is best to apply the body lotion after taking a shower or after taking a bath. Work your way up from your feet to get the circulation going. Fair, social and vegan hand care The Handmade Soap manufactures its products locally and handmade in Ireland. Friends and family work hand in hand together and rely on raw materials from organic farming. All products are ECOCERT-certified and consist of 100% natural ingredients. Hand care is produced in a resource-saving manner. The electricity for the entire factory is produced sustainably via a water turbine. Fossil fuels are not used. The packaging is made of recycled PCR plastics. These, in turn, can be completely recycled. The Grapefruit & May Chang Body Lotion is completely free of animal ingredients and is therefore vegan.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.

Your card payment is processed in UAE Dirhams. Thus, no transaction fee for foreign exchange. No markup on the exchange rate by your bank or card company.
