The By Wishtrend Mandelic 5% Skin Prep Water is a moisturizing, non-irritating exfoliator that can even be used daily. Formulated with mandelic acid, the Prep Water acts as a peeling treatment that improves the skin condition sustainably and at the same time increases the effectiveness of the following products in the care routine.Can I use the Mandelic Acid Prep Water instead of a toner? Yes and no. The almond water is not a toner, but even if you don't need the extra moisture of a toner, it can be used instead of a toner. As one of the AHA ingredients, mandelic acid has a large molecular size, which causes little irritation to the skin. It helps to achieve a more beautiful complexion even with mature skin. The contained mandelic acid helps to improve skin tone and texture in case of excessive pigmentation. As a mild scrub that acts only on the surface of the skin, it is safe to use even for sensitive skin. The Prep Water can also be used on acne-prone skin due to its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties. Beta-glucan is moisturizing, reducing redness, anti-inflammatory and soothing. Panthenol, also known as vitamin B5, it acts as a moisturizer and improves the regenerative ability of the skin, the moisture can be stored longer in the skin. Centella Asiatica Extract helps to regenerate damaged skin. Sodium hyaluronate as a natural moisturizing factor, it attracts moisture, keeps it in the skin and prevents the feeling of dryness that usually occurs after a peeling.Animal-free, Vegan, without parabels, alcohol, silicones, steroids, artificial colors or fragrances PH value 4.5 ± 1.0

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
