Description

Due to its porous structure, bamboo activated carbon is very binding and can thus naturally free the skin from impurities deep into the pores. The carbon particles of the soap also have a gentle exfoliating effect, so that the skin is freed from dead skin cells during cleansing and blood circulation is stimulated. The black gold bamboo activated carbon is also rich in silicon, which promotes the elasticity and moisture of the skin. Bamboo wood vinegar has an antibacterial and balancing effect on the skin after cleansing. Virgin coconut oil, olive oil and shea butter prevent the skin from drying out. Our BAMBOO CHARCOAL FACIAL SOAP is vegan, which means it contains no animal ingredients. Our bar soaps do not contain synthetic fragrances, dyes and preservatives as well as mineral oil-based raw materials. Application: Suitable for daily face and body cleansing and as a shaving soap. Just lather up and soap the face with it. Then wash thoroughly, avoid eye contact. For use on oily and blemish-prone skin

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
