What it is: Juju Bar by Drunk Elephant is an ultra-mild multitasking cleansing that gently exfoliates at the same time. What the formulation does: Juju Bar is designed to effectively cleanse and gently remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. Enriched with a blend of thermal mud, marula, bamboo and superfruits, this unique formulation creates a creamy foam that dissolves excess oil, pore-clogging residues on the skin surface and impurities, as well as gently removes dead skin cells. The skin is pure and feels soft and smooth. What else you need to know: Juju Bar is completely fragrance- and soap-free and contains skin-friendly ingredients that soothe and enrich the skin while promoting moisture retention. With the ideal pH value of 6.3, Juju Bar ensures adequate cleansing without drying out the skin or removing its protective barrier. Main ingredients: Heilmoorton: thermal mud that tightens the skin. Native Marula Oil: easily absorbed oil, rich in important antioxidants and omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, nourishes and rejuvenates the skin. Bamboo powder: tiny, smooth pearls that gently exfoliate dead, dry skin. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
