Shetland ponies (Equus ferus) is a very small, but extremely powerful breed of horse. You are barely a Meter tall.
Relative to its size the Shetland Pony is the strongest breed of horse and can pull Double its own weight.

The Shetland Pony is named after the Scottish Islands where it is at home, and has developed in harsh weather conditions and lack of food to a very resilient breed. When used in agriculture and in mining, this race was their strength and was very much appreciated. Today, Shetland ponies fulfill a variety of tasks. They are shown by adults and children to Horse shows, in petting zoos and as a Führpferd used and show Tricks at fairs and annual markets. These ponies are good-natured and intelligent and can be thirty years old.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
