Protective Leave-in Treatment The Smooth Infusion Style-Prep Smoother by Aveda smoothes your hair surface for super easy styling and offers the mane up to 72 hours of protection for humidity and frizz. The hydrating leave-in treatment protects all hair types with a naturally obtained UV filter from the drying effects of the sun and from heat styling up to 230 °C, while an anti-frizz technology with plant power envelops each strand with an invisible protective shield that repels water excellently – for super smooth, supple and shiny hair. The vegan formula consists of 99 percent natural ingredients, is enriched with a botanical smoothing oil mixture and also knows how to pamper the senses: with Aveda's "Botanical Repair™ Pure-Fume™" aroma, which is obtained from Australian sandalwood, bergamot, palmarosa and other pure flower and plant essences.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
