Gentle peeling for stressed skin The Sensitive Skin Soft Peeling by Alcina is a highly effective peeling without abrasive particles and immediately noticeably improves the skin condition . The enzymatic-based foam works particularly efficiently and frees the skin from excess fat, thereby preventing the formation of blemishes and blackheads phone. The gentle peeling is ideal for cleansing skin blemishes, irritated skin and couperose. The application of the productive peeling is quite simple: a hazelnut-sized amount is placed on the damp hands and foamed with a little water. When applying to the face, the mouth and eye area should be left out . The scrub is foamed with circular movements and should then act for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, the scrub is washed off with plenty of cool water.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
