The Waving Wand is a curling iron from the Wands' Wands product series from Cloud Nine. The styling rod is easy to use and can be used for all hair types. A wide variety of styling ideas and wave species are easy to implement thanks to the user -friendliness of the device. Even big waves can be styled with the Waving Wall of Cloud Nine.

The curling rod from The Wands product series was made with a special ceramic drum. State -of -the -art materials and special active ingredients, which were used in the production of the drum, give the hair a unique sparkling shine through use. Using the
one-touch temperature control
it is possible to easily adjust the desired temperature. The LED display offers good control as to whether the desired low or high temperature has been set. For more freedom of movement when styling the hair, the Waving wall is also equipped with a rotating cable joint. This can be avoided by twisted cables and thus occurring damage. After use, the model from the Wands series automatically switches to sleep mode after 30 minutes and cools down. The scope of delivery also includes a heat protection cap that can even be placed on the drum of the curling bar immediately after use. This enables you to cool the device safe.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
