Description

How to use the eyelashes:

1. Use the cleaner 4 to remove the oil, dust and make-up residue.

2. Apply the eye pads under the eyelids to protect your skin from the lotions.

3. Stick the glue to the eye pads and place them on the upper part of the eyelid and make sure it remains.

4. Apply the glue to the eyelashes for 1 minute to stick to the lifting pads.

5. Apply the perm lotion 1 to the eyelashes and then cover the eyes with a plastic film.

(Perm duration: 10-12 minutes).

6. Remove the perm lotion 1 with the Y brush, then apply the fixative 2 to the eyelashes and cover the eyes with a plastic film (fixing time: 10-12 minutes).

7. Use the detergent 4 to remove all residue with the Y brush by wiping over it with the comb side.

8. Remove the lifting pads from the upper part of your eyelid, then use the nourishing lotion 3 to nourish your eyelashes.

Use of eyebrows:

1. Use the detergent 4 to remove oil, dust and make-up residue.

2. Apply the glue 5 to the brows.

3. Brush the eyebrows with the Y-brush and cover the eyebrows with the adhesive film for 10 minutes.

4.1 Apply perm lotion to the brows and cover the foil on the brows for 10 minutes.

5. Apply the fixing lotion 2 to the brows for 10 minutes and cover the film on the brows.

6. With the detergent 4 to remove all perm residue, and with the Nutriton Lotion 3 to care for the eyebrows.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
