1. What is vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm and what is it used for?
Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm is a vitamin B preparation for the treatment of anemia. Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm is used for vitamin B12 deficiency, which cannot be remedied in terms of diet.
Vitamin-B12 deficiency can comment in the following clinical pictures:
-Hyperchrome macrocytic megalo-blasting anemia (Perniciosa, Biermer-Anemia, Addison-Anemia, these are mature disorders of the red blood cells).
- Funicular spinal disease (spinal cord damage).
A labor-diagnostically secured vitamin B12 deficiency can occur with:
- years of deficiency and malnutrition (e.g. by strictly vegetarian food).
- Malabsorption (inadequate absorption of vitamin B12 in the intestine) by
o Insufficient production of intrinsic factor (a protein that is formed in the gastric mucosa and required to absorb vitamin B12).
o Diseases in the end section of the ileum (part of the small intestine), e.g. B. Sprue.
o Fischbandwurmbalfall.
o blind loop syndrome (change in the intestinal course after stomach operation).
-congenital vitamin B12 transport disorders.
2. What should you consider before using vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm?
Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm must not be used if they are allergic to cyanocobalamin or one of the other components of this medicine mentioned in section 6.

Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm.
Children and adolescents:
There is no data.
Use of vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G inject Jenapharm together with other medicines:
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have taken/apply other medicines, have recently taken up/applied other medicines or intend to take other medicines . So far no interactions are known.
pregnancy and lactation:
If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine. The recommended daily vitamin B12 intake in pregnancy and breastfeeding is 4 micrograms. According to the previous experience, higher application quantities have no adverse effects on the unborn child. Vitamin B12 is excreted in breast milk.

Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm contains sodium.:
Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm contains sodium, but less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is almost "sodium -free".
3. How is vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm?
Always apply this medicine exactly as described in this package insert or exactly according to the consultation made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. At the beginning of the treatment, 1 ampoule Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm (corresponding to 1000 micrograms cyanocobalamin) is administered twice a week in the first few weeks after diagnosis. With proven vitamin B12 recording disorder in the intestine, 100 micrograms of cyanocobalamine are then administered once a month. Parenteral drugs must be checked visually before use. Only clear solutions without particles may be used. Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm is usually administered intramuscularly (injected into a muscle). However, it can also slowly be intravenously or subcutaneously sprayed (in a vein or under the skin). Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm is intended for longer use. Please ask your doctor.
If you have used a larger amount of vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm than you should:
Poisoning or overdose symptoms are not known.
If you cancel the application of vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm:
If the treatment is interrupted, you endanger the success of the treatment. If you experience unpleasant side effects, please talk to your doctor about further treatment. If you have any further questions about the application of this medicine, please contact your doctor or pharmacist.
4. What side effects are possible?
Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but this does not have to occur with everyone.
very rare (can affect up to 1 out of 10,000):
- anaphylactic or anaphylactoid reactions.
- acne, eczematous and urtialarial drug reactions.

5. How is vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm?
keep this medicine for children inaccessible. You may no longer use this drug according to the "or" usable expiry date on the label and the umkarton according to "Verw. Bis:" or "usable. The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month. Keep the ampoule in the box to protect the content from light. Do not dispose drugs in the wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the medicine if you no longer use it. You help to protect our environment.

What vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G inject Jenapharm contains:
The active ingredient is: cyanocobalamin.
An ampoule with a 1 ml injection solution contains 1000 micrograms of cyanocobalamine.
The other components are: sodium chloride (see section 2.), hydrochloric acid, water for injection purposes as solvents.
How vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm looks and content of the pack:
1 ml opc brown las ampoule with a clear, red injection solution. Vitamin B12 1000 & MU, G Inject Jenapharm is available in packs with 5 ampoules to 1 ml injection solution and 10 ampoules to 1 ml injection solution. Not all package sizes may be placed on the market.

The active ingredient is a preliminary stage of the vitamin B12 and is converted into the body. Vitamin B12 is involved in blood formation in the body.
