    1. What is vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein and what is it used for?
    Cyanocobalamin belongs to the group of fabrics, which are summarized as "vitamin B12".
    Areas of application:
    Vitamin B12 deficiency, which cannot be remedied in terms of diet.
    Vitamin-B12 deficiency can comment in the following clinical pictures:
    - Hyperchrom macocytic megalo-blasting anemia (Perniciosa, Biermer-Anemia, Addison-Anemia, these are mature disorders of the red blood cells),
    - Funicular spinal disease) .
    A laboratory diagnostically secured vitamin B12 deficiency can occur at:

    congenital vitamin B12 transport disorders.

    Vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein must not be used if they are allergic to the active ingredient or one of the other components of this drug mentioned in section 6.
    Warnings and precautionary measures
    Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein. No special precautions have to be observed.
    Use of vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein together with other medicinal products
    inform your doctor or pharmacist if you take/apply other medicines, recently taken/use other medicines or intend to accept/apply other medicines. No interactions are known so far.
    What chemical intolerances (incompatibilities) can occur?
    Due to the instability of vitamin B 12, a loss of activity of the vitamin can occur by adding other drugs (see section 3. »How is vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein apply?«).

    If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you suspect to be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this drug. The recommended daily vitamin B12 intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding is 4 micrograms. According to the previous experience, higher application quantities have no adverse effects on the unborn child. Vitamin B12 is excreted in breast milk.

With proven vitamin B12 recording disorder in the intestine, 100 micrograms of cyanocobalamine are then administered once a month.
    Type and duration of the application
    Vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein is usually administered intramuscularly (injected into a muscle). However, it can also slowly be intravenously or subcutaneously sprayed (in a vein or under the skin). For infusion, vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein can be added to a 0.9%saline solution (0.9%sodium chloride solution for the production of an infusion solution) or 5%glucose solution for the production of an infusion solution. Vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein, injection solution, can be administered with fol inject Lichtenstein, injection solution, in the mixing ratio 1: 1. Please speak to your doctor if you have the impression that the effect of vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein is too strong or too weak.
    If you have used a large amount of vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein than you should
    poisoning or overdose symptoms are not known.
    If you have forgotten the application of vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein
    Don't apply twice the amount if you have forgotten the previous application. Please contact your doctor to coordinate the further dosage.
    If you cancel the application of vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein
    If the treatment is interrupted, you endanger the success of the treatment! If you experience unpleasant side effects, please talk to your doctor about further treatment.

    5. How should vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein be kept?

    The active ingredient is cyanocobalamine. An ampoule with a 1 ml injection solution contains 1,000 micrograms (1 mg) cyanocobalamine. The other components are: sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, water for injection purposes, sodium hydroxide for pH value setting.

    Vitamin B 12 Lichtenstein is a clear, red solution in brown las ampoules (OPC ampoules).
