The VTM Micro-Essence from the Hydra-Therapy series by Erno Laszlo is a restorative lotion for the face, neck and décolleté. It has been specially developed for damaged, dry and excessively pigmented skin and offers adapted skin care for these skin types. The lotion not only provides your skin with sustainably important moisture, but also protects it from harmful external influences. Hydra-Therapy VTM Micro-Essence by Erno Laszlo refines the pores, brightens the complexion and makes the skin wonderfully soft and supple. With regular use during skin care, both the tone and texture of the skin are visibly and noticeably improved . It is more balanced and also thoroughly cleaned. For daily skin care Immediately after applying Hydra-Therapy VTM Micro-Essence by Erno Laszlo, your skin will receive new energy and will look radiant and refreshed. Use the product daily in the morning and in the evening immediately after cleansing the face . Apply a suitable amount of the lotion gently to cleansed and dry skin with a cotton pad. Dab or pat the lotion afterwards gently into the skin. Always save the eye area. The lotion is characterized by its compatible formula, is quickly absorbed and does not grease.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
