What it is: An intensely nourishing ointment that saves and soothes dry, cracked, irritated or damaged skin and supports the natural regeneration of the skin. What is it formulated for: The regenerating plant butters Marula, cupuaçu, mango and shea protect the skin from environmental influences, while the vegetable oils rich in antioxidants and fatty acids (such as meadowfoam, pumpkin, green tea seeds, kukui and rosehip) replenish the vital lipids to nourish and strengthen the temporarily weakened skin barrier. What else you should know: The Wonderwild™ Rescue Butter from Drunk Elephant is an ultra-luxurious, concentrated ointment, so even a small amount is enough. Perfect for all skin areas that need an extra dose of care, such as dry cheeks due to the cold, dry elbows, cracked heels or brittle lips. The most important ingredients: Marula butter: This high-purity, concentrated butter is obtained from marula oil and is rich in antioxidant polyphenols, lipids and a comprehensive mixture of fatty acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9), which makes it an intensely nourishing ingredient for the skin. Meadowfoam oil: Meadowfoam herb has a uniquely high concentration of fatty acids, even more than most vegetable oils, with intensely nourishing, moisturizing and skin-soothing properties. Cupuaçu and Shea butter: Concentrated plant butter with extremely moisturizing properties.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
