The doctor's proven method. What is wortie and what is it used for? Wortie is an easy-to-use product for the icing of common warts and plantar warts (thorn warts), comparable to cryotherapy, which is used by doctors. Warts and plantar warts are small skin growths that are triggered by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Common warts often appear on the fingers, on the back of the hand, on the knees and on the elbow. You can recognize them by their rough, cauliflower-like shape. The wart virus is very contagious and can be transmitted from person to person through direct contact with the infected area. Plantar warts are very similar to common warts, but occur exclusively on the sole of the foot or under the toes. They are generally painful and appear in the form of small white rings with black dots in the center. Also, plantar warts are contagious and can be transmitted by contact of the infected area with a wet surface, for example, a floor. How does Wortie work? Thanks to the unique precision applicator, warts and plantar warts are specifically iced. The rounded metal tip ensures precise icing of the wart. Surrounding, healthy skin areas are thus protected from accidental icing and the treatment is less painful. Precision Applicator: Targeted icing of the wart/foot wart. Excellent wart removal. No direct contact of skin and gas. With the icing of warts or foot warts, the treated area may temporarily turn white. As soon as the treated area is thawed, the skin reddens. As a result of the icing process, blistering may occur under the wart. During the following 10-14 days, the wart gradually disappears or falls off and is replaced by new, healthy skin. In general, one application is sufficient to successfully remove the wart. If a second treatment is nevertheless necessary, you may only repeat the application after 14 days at the earliest. Allow the metal tip to warm up to room temperature after each application before treating further warts or foot warts with Wortie. Wortie uses a patented technology with a precision applicator for the rapid and effective removal of common warts and plantar warts. Wortie is quickly ready for use: Wortie is packed ready for use and ready for immediate use. There is no need for cumbersome handling of sponges or small parts. The rotating head of Wortie automatically jumps back to its starting position. This prevents accidental activation during application. Wortie is already suitable for children from 4 years old. How is Wortie used? Remove the lid and place the container on a table or on a flat surface. Hold the cuff under the rotating head with your thumb and forefinger. Then turn the upper rotating head counterclockwise with your free hand to position I. Press the rotating head down for 3 seconds. Be careful not to touch the metal tip while doing so. Meanwhile, you hear a hissing sound. Release the rotating head. Make sure that the rotating head automatically returns to position 0 before the product is used. For larger or treatment-resistant warts, the blisters that form after treatment may be more painful. After the wart is detached from the skin, the skin pigmentation may be changed or a small scar may appear.
