In this case, the skin needs care that intensively moisturizes and protects heavily stressed areas of the skin. The Eucerin UreaRepair Original Ointment 10% was specially developed for this intensive care on problem areas with very dry skin, such as in the bends of the joints, elbows or knees.The anti-itch ointment is enriched for skin care with the active ingredient combination of urea and the natural moisturizing factor lactate. These provide and bind moisture intensively and thus ensure a healthy and long-lasting moisture content of the skin. In addition, the skin cream supports the rejection of dry and flaky skin cells, which reduces the itching and leaves a noticeably smooth and supple skin feeling.Even extremely dry skin becomes smooth and supple again with the urea cream.The care cream contains no fragrances and is suitable for the care of psoriasis, neurodermatitis and ichthyosis during therapy.Dosage and instructions for use: Clean the area to be treated and then pat dry. Gently massage in a small amount of the ointment until it is completely absorbed. Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
