1. What is zink Verla otc 20 mg and what is it used for?
Zink Verla OTC 20 mg is a mineral preparation. Zink Verla OTC 20 mg is used in the event of proven lack of zinc and for treatment with penicillamine and other complex images.
2. What should you consider before taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg?
Zink Verla OTC 20 mg must not be taken if you are allergic to zinc-D-gluconate or one of the other components of this drug mentioned in section 6.
Warnings and precautionary measures:
Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg.
Special caution when taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg is required if you take zinc Verla OTC 20 mg in the long term (several months), then zinc and copper should be monitored.
Children and adolescents:
There is no data.
Taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg together with other medicinal products:
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have recently used other medicines, use other medicines or intend to apply other medicines.
With the simultaneous administration of zinc and iron salts or copper salts, the absorption of zinc can be reduced into the bloodstream.
The administration of complex images such as D-Penicillamin, dimer cappoanic acid (DMPS) or Edetinic acid (EDTA) can reduce the absorption of zinc or increase the excretion.
zinc can reduce the absorption of copper and iron.
The effectiveness of antibiotics such as tetracyclines, ciprofloxacin and other chinolons is reduced while taking zinc.
Between taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg and taking these preparations, a distance of at least 2 hours should therefore be observed.
Taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg together with food:
Zink Verla OTC 20 mg, if possible, you should not take together with vegetable food (especially grain products, legumes, nuts), as these are absorbed into the bloodstream impair.

In the recommended dose range there are no restrictions on taking Zink Verla OTC 20 mg.

3. How is Zink Verla OTC 20 mg to take?

Very rare (at up to 1 of 10,000) can occur when taking zinc Verla OTC 20 mg. If the side effects mentioned above occur, you should take zinc Verla OTC 20 mg in exceptional cases at meals, but if possible not together with vegetable foods (see under 2.).

The other components are: microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellosis sodium, high-disperse silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (ph. Zinc Verla OTC 20 mg contains no gluten and no lactose.

White, round film -coated tablet without a breaker. Zink Verla OTC 20 mg is available in packs with 20, 50 and 100 film -coated tablets.
