Description

The RCG 60H2 double electric grill plate from Royal Catering is a professional cooking device designed for hotel restaurants, cafes, fast food restaurants, catering companies, but also for private use. The transport of the grill plate is no problem thanks to the light weight of only 35 kg, so that the grill plate is possible both indoors and outdoors.

The electric grill has a width of 60 cm and is accompanied by a side and rear splash guard of 7 cm height. The grill is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore protected from corrosion, easy to clean and neutral when in contact with food.

The 10 mm thick grill plate of the roasting pan is made of steel and quickly dissipates heat from the heating elements to your food and stores it at the same time. The solid plate is 60 x 54 cm, so that many food can be grilled at the same time.

The fully automatic thermostat ensures that the temperature is kept constant. Thanks to the two powerful heating zones, each with 3,200 watts, the electric double grill plate quickly reaches the operating temperature from 50 to 300 °C, which can be continuously adjusted via two handy control knobs. With the help of this, different temperatures can be set for both heating elements, so you can fry your food while keeping it warm.

Royal Catering electric grills ensure increased safety. Therefore, the devices are equipped with overheating protection. This protection automatically interrupts the power supply when the temperature is too high, preventing the device from overheating. The green light symbolises the activity of the device, while the orange indicator light indicates the heating process. The red light turns on when the grill overheats.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.
