    For preparing large quantities of fries, you are well set up with the RCEF 10DB electric fryer. With a container capacity of 20 litres and two 3,000 watts powerful heating elements, the device provides your guests in the restaurant or at festive events in a congress hotel as reliably as at open air events with many hungry fans.

    Thanks to the high performance of the two removable 3,000 watt heating elements, the oil in the fryer reaches the maximum temperature of 200 °C extremely quickly. For optimal cooking results, the highly sensitive, energy-saving thermostat keeps the heat of the oil basin at a constant temperature. Both frying containers can be used independently so you can prepare different foods at the same time.

    The frying basket measures 22 x 20 x 10 cm and is equipped with a heat-insulating handle. Food leftovers falling out of the frying basket or sinking down by cooling down collect in the cold zone at the bottom and do not burn. The oil retains its natural taste.
