The vital care of naturmädchen is enriched with almond oil, jojoba oil, bisabolol and sea buckthorn fruit pulp oil. This care complex supports your skin in its tasks. Skin care strengthens the protective acid mantle, the skin gains valuable moisture and its regeneration is improved. Sensitive and demanding skin can regenerate again with the help of the vital care oil, skin prone to dryness receives the much-needed moisture to look beautiful and plump again, instead of feeling dry and cracked. And even if it is a care oil, the product does not leave a greasy skin feeling, but feels pleasantly velvety soft. Designed for sensitive skin The naturmädchen facial care is free of everything that could burden your skin. The Vitalpflegeöl does not use nanomaterials and microplastics, nor synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones, PEG or mineral oil raw materials. Skin care is still free from animal testing. All natural oils used for the formulation of facial care come from controlled organic cultivation. The application of skin care is carried out after cleansing the face. Gently massage some of the product into the still moist skin of the neck, face and décolleté in a circular motion. The vital care oil can also be used as a base for your face cream.

Cash on Delivery is a payment method for customer orders of Honest Forwarder throughout the UAE and KSA.

For the Cash on delivery orders, you pay at the time the order is delivered by the delivery driver and the driver only accepts cash.

How cash on delivery (COD) works?

Choose Cash On Delivery as your payment method at the checkout page when you place your order.
Send us the order ID over WhatsApp. The order ID is shown in the Cash On Delivery confirmation page or email. Until this order ID verification is over, we can’t process your order.
While we process the international shipping and delivery of your products, please stay updated on the order status through Member page or Order Tracker and emails from us.
The delivery driver will collect the due amount for the order. The driver only accepts cash. Kindly make sure the exact amount is ready in cash for collection.

Product Return and cancellation

In the event of cancellation of your order, please write to us immediately at support@honestforwarder.com. It must be done as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched to the airport for departure.

In the unlikely event of receipt of a defective product, we either replace the product or refund the money paid for the product, depending on the stock availability by the Seller.

For the payment made by credit/debit card, our payment gateway company will refund the amount in full to your bank account of the card.

For Cash On Delivery orders, we will request your bank account info and wire the refund in full to your bank account, except the COD fee AED 15 for UAE.

We can’t accept the product return for a mere change of minds for the exchange or replacement after delivery. The return request is accepted only when it is due to product defect, damage reported on delivery or wrong item.
